I have figured that at a guess that the plug labeled 'Plug to switch' is the plug that goes into the fog light switch as it fits in. Part number for the Fog switch harness is 08V37 if that helps anyone. The reference I have is used for a 2000 Civic which seems to be slightly different (in the plugs they use). Upon receiving it, the harness looked a bit confusing as there are a few plugs I cannot identify.
